Terms & Conditions, Subscription Agreement and No-Refund Policy

By purchasing a subscription, creating an account, accessing Amirah Financial's indicators, joining our community, or participating in training or coaching, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before making payment. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access our services in your jurisdiction.

Amirah Financial provides access, where permitted, to proprietary trading indicators, technical analysis tools, educational resources, community membership and trading-related training.

Depending on your subscription, services may include:

• Access to the Amirah and Eleanor indicators.
• Technical analysis signals identifying potential market entries, exits and other market conditions.
• Educational materials and indicator tutorials.
• Live group training and software demonstrations.
• Access to designated private trading community channels.
• Optional one-to-one coaching, where purchased or included in the selected plan.
• Software updates and customer support.

Services and features vary according to the membership purchased and the description presented at checkout.

All subscriptions are paid services. Amirah Financial does not offer free trials unless expressly stated in a separate written promotion.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the amount, currency and billing frequency disclosed at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

The price, billing frequency, applicable taxes and any promotional conditions will be displayed before payment confirmation.

Any change to an existing subscriber's recurring price will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW.

Amirah Financial operates a strict no-refund policy for voluntary cancellations, changes of mind and dissatisfaction with trading outcomes.

Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, payments are generally non-refundable, including where:

• You decide not to use the indicators or community.
• You do not attend available training sessions.
• You change your mind after purchasing.
• You discontinue trading.
• You experience trading losses or fail to achieve your expected trading results.
• You cancel before the end of your paid billing period.
• You fail to cancel before a clearly disclosed automatic renewal.

No refunds or partial refunds will ordinarily be provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Exceptions: Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any refund, cancellation, repair, replacement or other remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer protection law.

We will also review verified duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, billing errors and failures to supply purchased services.

Refund requests or billing disputes may be submitted to info@amirahfinancial.com.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation method made available through your account, the applicable payment platform, or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges, provided the cancellation is completed before the next billing date.

Unless otherwise required by law or the applicable payment platform's rules, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

Access to purchased services will ordinarily continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

After the subscription expires, access to paid indicators, training materials and member-only community areas may be revoked.

Certain Amirah Financial indicators are designed for use with TradingView.

Access requires a compatible TradingView account and compliance with TradingView's applicable terms, licensing conditions and commercial distribution requirements.

TradingView is an independent third-party platform. Amirah Financial is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any TradingView subscription or additional third-party fee is separate from Amirah Financial's charges unless clearly included in the selected offer.

Indicator access may require verification of your TradingView username and completion of the relevant activation process.

We will disclose the applicable activation procedure and expected access timeframe before purchase.

Where a third-party platform requires its own approved marketplace or billing system, purchases and access will be subject to that system's applicable terms.

All indicators, market commentary, trading signals, tutorials, coaching sessions and community discussions are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Unless separately agreed and lawfully authorized, Amirah Financial does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or trade execution.

Nothing provided by Amirah Financial constitutes a recommendation tailored to your individual financial circumstances, investment objectives or risk tolerance.

You remain solely responsible for evaluating any information and deciding whether to enter, manage or exit a trade.

You should seek advice from an appropriately licensed financial professional where necessary.

Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, foreign exchange, futures, derivatives and other financial instruments involves substantial risk.

Trading may result in partial or total loss of invested capital. Leverage and margin trading can increase losses.

Amirah Financial does not guarantee profitable trades, specific returns, consistent accuracy, successful signals or the avoidance of losses.

Indicators may generate incorrect, delayed or conflicting signals. Market conditions, volatility, liquidity, slippage, trading fees and execution differences can materially affect outcomes.

Historical examples, backtests, hypothetical results and past performance are not reliable guarantees of future performance.

Customers must use independent judgment and appropriate risk management.

Amirah Financial indicators are analytical tools, not infallible trading systems.

Signal effectiveness may vary by asset, timeframe, market conditions, indicator settings and trading methodology.

We do not guarantee that every signal will be accurate, timely or profitable.

Technical limitations may include delayed data, connectivity interruptions, platform outages, software defects, indicator recalculations or changes to third-party systems.

Any published accuracy or performance statistics should be interpreted according to the accompanying methodology, sample period and limitations.

Community access is available only to customers whose selected plan includes that benefit.

Members must:

• Treat other participants respectfully.
• Avoid harassment, threats, spam and misleading claims.
• Refrain from impersonation or fraudulent activity.
• Not share paid content, proprietary indicators or restricted materials without permission.
• Not promote unauthorized financial products or solicit other members.
• Not represent personal trading opinions as official Amirah Financial advice.

Content posted by community members reflects their own opinions and is not necessarily endorsed or verified by Amirah Financial.

We may moderate content or restrict access for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law.

Training and coaching are intended to help customers understand indicator functionality, chart interpretation, trading concepts and risk management.

Coaching does not guarantee trading success and does not create an investment advisory relationship.

Sessions are subject to the availability, duration and booking conditions disclosed at purchase.

For separately purchased coaching sessions, cancellation and rescheduling requirements will be disclosed before booking.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the booked session, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

All Amirah Financial indicators, proprietary algorithms, software, training materials, branding, videos, documents and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective lawful owners.

A valid subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the services included in the purchased plan.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, customers must not:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute indicators or account access.
• Share paid accounts or restricted community invitations.
• Copy, reproduce or commercially distribute proprietary training materials.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract protected source code, except where applicable law expressly permits.
• Use Amirah Financial intellectual property to create competing commercial products in violation of applicable rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must provide accurate registration and payment information and promptly notify Amirah Financial of suspected unauthorized access.

We may require reasonable verification before changing account ownership or restoring access.

Amirah Financial may maintain, update, improve or modify its indicators, educational materials and services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Where a material change substantially reduces a paid service, we will provide notice and any remedies required by applicable law.

We will use reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues and maintain the services described in the applicable subscription plan.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
• Material breaches of these Terms.
• Non-payment or payment failure.
• Serious community misconduct.
• Security risks or unlawful use.
• Binding legal requirements or third-party platform restrictions.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Any refunds or other remedies following suspension or termination remain subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amirah Financial is not responsible for trading or investment losses resulting from customers' independent trading decisions, market movements, or reliance on general educational content.

Amirah Financial does not warrant that the services will achieve any particular financial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.

Any additional limitation or cap on liability must be determined under the applicable governing law.

We may collect information necessary to administer subscriptions, process payments, provide indicator access, manage community membership and deliver customer support.

Payment information may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our separately published Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, technical or service changes.

Material changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued under an existing purchase.
